Dieter R Klostermann
Chairman and CEO of the CCA Group including Palmerston Hotels & Resorts
Mr. Klostermann established CCA in Hong Kong in 1982. The Group has become the leading operator of private city, golf and country clubs in the Asia/Pacific region and Europe. He pioneered the professional management of private membership clubs in Asia without compromising the traditional club culture. He also established International Associate Clubs, which is the leading international network of over 220 private membership clubs that extend reciprocal privileges to its worldwide membership.
Palmerston Hotels & Resorts was founded in 2000 by Mr. Klostermann. Palmerston intends to capitalize on the 25 years experience of CCA in golf development, membership and real estate marketing and operational expertise to support its business model of integrated resorts and boutique club hotels with real estate elements. Prior to starting the CCA Group, he was the Executive Vice-President of the First Pacific Development Co. Limited in Asia.
Managing Director of the CCA Group and Palmerston Hotels & Resorts
Mr. Kwok joined CCA as Area Controller in 1984 after having been the Senior Audit Manager for Ernst & Young. He was appointed to the Group's main board as Executive Director in 1991. Eddie oversees all head office administration, corporate finance, and special projects. He also is in charge of all China based activites for the Company including development, operations and marketing.

Mr. Moore joined in 1998 as Financial Controller for the London Capital Club and was promoted in 2001 with extended responsibilities for the Brocket Hall Estate and group finance. James' 30 year financial career spans Pannell Kerr Forster, Hoover Plc, the Lloyds TSB Group and in the automative industry.
Project Development Director for Palmerston Hotels & Resorts
Since joining in 2008, Tim has been overseeing the Technical Services provided by Palmerston to owners, developers and their appointed consultants. This includes contract control, administration, tenders, master planning, environmental management, design and development control, construction finance control and process implementation. He has worked on numerous resort, hotel and club projects throughout Europe, Asia and the Caribbean including the famous Blue Waters Hotel in Antigua, West Indies, Abaco Beach Resort & Boat Harbor, Ocean Club, Paradise Island in the Bahamas.
Mr. Perkins is a Fellow of the Faculty of Building, London, England and holds various other industry memberships including an Honorary Degree (doctorate) in Construction Management from the McHari Institute, Bahamas.
Corporate Controller of Palmerston Hotels & Resorts
David Hodge is a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young who gradually moved his career from Hotel Controller with ITT Sheraton Hotels, to Regional Controller for Sheraton's EAME division. During his tenure Mr. Hodge was responsible for the financial control disciplines, internal audits and financial reporting of all hotels in the division.
Mr. Hodge has also been the Managing Director of AMAR, a property holding company owned 50% by Sheraton, to later being appointed as Group Director of ITT World Directories. Mr. Hodge subsequently joined M & J Pestana SA, the largest Portuguese hotel company, as Area Controller.
Senior Sales Manager of Palmerston Hotels & Resorts
Ms. Miotti joined the Company in 2009 as the Senior Sales Manager. She has been instrumental in the repositioning of a managed city club property in London. This repositioning has led to an increase in excess of 50% in membership matriculation comparing year on year. Prior to joining PHR, Melanie operated her own public relations and branding firm in Dubai.
Regional Development and Operations Manager for Palmerston Hotels & Resorts
Filippo Catania, after gaining a Diploma in Hotel Management, spent the early years devoted to learning the business at every level working in Switzerland, Germany and England. Mr. Catania has held management positions with Grand Metropolitan Hotels Company in London and as Director of Operations worked for the Sarova Company in Kenya.
After returning to Italy he has undertaken the role of Project Manager and General Manager for the opening and successful running of several 4 and 5 star deluxe hotels located in Sicily before joining Palmerston in January 2007 as General Manager for the first Palmerston Hotel in Sicily.
Regional Development Manager for Palmerston Hotels & Resorts
Manfred Gugerel started his career at the hotel Imperial in Vienna and has held senior management positions of five star hotels in Moscow, Vienna and New York.
Mr. Gugerel joined CCA International in 2001 for the opening of the first Business Club in Berlin, the Berlin Capital Club that has a membership of over 1500 members. He is responsible for Palmerston's expansion in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe as well as being Regional General Manager for CCA International in charge of all CCA Club operations in Germany. Mr. Gugerel also heads the European Representative Office for International Associate Clubs (IAC), a global network of over 220 clubs.
Operations Manager for Palmerston Golf Inc.
Peter is responsible for all of the operating matters for Palmerston Golf including Agronomy, Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, and the Palmerston Golf Academy. He also provides the necessary operating input for the design and construction teams involved in new golf projects.
Prior to joining Palmerston Golf, Peter spent twenty years on the development, construction and operations side of the golf business in the United States after obtaining his MBA from Florida State University.
