It takes a unique set of skills and expertise, which PGI has to stabilize and realign a distressed golf asset. We undertake each assignment by first investigating and understanding the issues, developing a comprehensive strategy for repositioning, and then begin to stabilize the operations through the implementation of the PGI expertise and installation of proven marketing and operating systems.
